How Can I Help MI Services Refund & Satisfaction Policy
We are committed to providing quality handyman services in Michigan. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with our work, please follow the guidelines below to address your concerns.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our labor and services. If a problem arises that is a direct result of our work, please notify us immediately. We will return to assess the issue and be given a reasonable opportunity to rectify the problem at no additional cost to you.
2. Right to Cancel a Contract (Cooling-Off Period)
Michigan law provides specific rights to cancel certain contracts, particularly those signed in the customer's home (home solicitation sales) for goods or services valued over $25.

If the sale occurred in your home: You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund until midnight of the third business day after you signed the agreement. This right applies to sales solicited via mail, phone, or in-person at your home.

How to Cancel: To cancel, you must provide written notice to us before the deadline. A simple written statement indicating your intent not to be bound by the contract is sufficient. We recommend sending the notice via certified mail to have proof of the postmark date.

Emergency Repairs: This cancellation right does not apply if you requested services without delay due to a bona fide emergency, and we began performance in good faith before you gave notice of cancellation.
3. General Refund/Dispute Policy (for non-cancellation period issues)
For issues arising after the cancellation period, or for services not covered by the Home Solicitation Sales Act:

Problem with Service: If you believe the service provided was defective, damaged, or not as described in our agreement, you should contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a free repair, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the nature and severity of the problem.

4. Warranty on Labor and Parts
We offer a six (6) month warranty on all labor and parts supplied and installed by us, starting from the date of service completion. The warranty is voided if materials were provided by the customer or if the damage is a result of customer negligence or misuse.
